THE ESTATE
There are two houses in total at the Almyros Estate, they can be rented separately or together.

The only difference between the villas is in their outdoor areas.
House v2 has a more spacious outdoor area, which offers more space for various activities and relaxation. Guests can use the open space to exercise, play or simply enjoy the outdoors.
Each house has four double bedrooms and five bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own shower room. The villas have a large dining table with barbecue and outdoor kitchen, located right by the pools.
For the second house, the 5x10m pool, is on its own level. This separate pool level offers an undisturbed and private place for swimming and sunbathing. In addition, there is a private pool house with a bathroom, which provides guests with additional comfort and convenience.
The natural stone villas offer not only luxurious interiors but also spacious outdoor areas that further enrich the vacation experience.
In front of the living room, there is a spacious balcony, which offers a magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding area.
The balconies are the ideal place to enjoy a coffee in the morning or admire the sunset in the evening. With enough space for comfortable seating, the balconies become the perfect place to feel the fresh sea breeze and enjoy nature.
Next to the balconies, there is a chill-out lounge. This lounge nook is a relaxing and comfortable outdoor area perfect for sitting back and unwinding. Here guests can relax on a comfortable sofa, read a book or just enjoy the quiet atmosphere.
The combination of the spacious balconies in front of the living room and the side chill-out lounge creates various opportunities to enjoy the beauty of the surroundings and relax outdoors. LOCATION
Located on the North side of Corfu, with stunning views over Almyros to the Ionian sea beyond. The beach is only a short distance away as well as Acharavi and Kassiopi.

Corfu is one of Greece’s greenest islands, so there is a mix of rain and glorious sunshine. The warmest months of the year are July and August, approximately 31°C. May and June are very pleasant with temperatures ranging from 23 to 28°C and the sea is usually warm enough to swim in by June, and the average rainfall decreases at the end of May. Equally, September and October are a great time to go with cooler temperatures, perfect for walks, runs or hiking.
