The villa is divided in three floor and can accommodate 14 guests, in 7 bedrooms with en-suite showers, an extra Wc, large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living space of the villa is 360 sqm.constructed with high-quality materials and standards. This fenced spacious property has an extensive outdoor space with a well-sized swimming pool of 125sqm (25m*5m*1,6m). Guests can top up their tan on the spacious terrace on loungers, or take a dip in the infinity pool. A little further is a 100sqm barbeque area with kitchen facilities, large dining area where guests can cook and enjoy an al fresco meal under the shade of the pergola, whilst gazing out at the spectacular pool and garden views. There is a changing room with a shower.

Entering the ground floor there is a fully-equipped kitchen featuring a breakfast bar and large table and also direct access to the terrace. The open plan living space has large comfortable sofas and an 85’ TV’. A small corridor leads to the WC and 2 bedrooms with en-suite showers. Both rooms have large wardrobes, beauty mirror desks, 32”TVs and access to the terrace. Interior stairs lead to the first floor where you’ll find a small kitchen well equipped without cooking facilities and a living room area with 43”TV leading to a large balcony with outdoor seating area. On this floor there are three bedrooms with the en-suite showers. The second floor is also accessed through interior stairs. Here are the last two bedrooms with the en-suite showers. All rooms have large wardrobes, beauty mirror desks, 32”TVs.

Situated on Corfu’s northern coastline, Villa Bliss is nearby the popular town of Roda with its beautiful sandy beaches and many popular tavernas and restaurants.

Corfu is one of Greece’s greenest islands, so there is a mix of rain and glorious sunshine. The warmest months of the year are July and August, approximately 31°C. May and June are very pleasant with temperatures ranging from 23 to 28°C and the sea is usually warm enough to swim in by June, and the average rainfall decreases at the end of May. Equally, September and October are a great time to go with cooler temperatures, perfect for walks, runs or hiking.
