THE VILLA
This outstanding house exudes light, space and lavish dimensions, sensations enhanced by the high vaulted roof and floor to ceiling windows of its open-plan central structure.
An unashamedly contemporary property, Villa Irida is located on the private Kardaki Estate, a forty-acre plot with panoramic sea views set among the olive groves of North East Corfu. Sleeping a maximum of 10 people, Villa Irida is designed to provide guests with maximum visual access to their surroundings with comfortable, beautifully designed and furnished interiors. There are three en-suite bedrooms in the main house and two further garden suites beyond. The house is surrounded by a series of beautiful terraces, the central one planted with gorgeous old olive trees leading down to the black-tiled infinity pool where guests look down to Kalamaki beach and the Ionian channel beyond.
LOCATION
Kalamaki bay is best known for being the only sandy beach in North East Corfu and as such is very popular with families, particularly those with younger children. It is a very calming beach, located between the popular towns of Kassiopi and Agios Spiridon, with views across the Ionian Sea to Albania and the Greek mainland beyond.

Corfu is one of Greece’s greenest islands, so there is a mix of rain and glorious sunshine. The warmest months of the year are July and August, approximately 31°C. May and June are very pleasant with temperatures ranging from 23 to 28°C and the sea is usually warm enough to swim in by June, and the average rainfall decreases at the end of May. Equally, September and October are a great time to go with cooler temperatures, perfect for walks, runs or hiking.
